Hi, I’m Pes, and show me a better activity than parkour and I’ll do that!

I started doing parkour when I was 15, and since then it has become a part of how I perceive pretty much all life events. For me, parkour is one of the best and favorite ways to observe and get to know the world, and I think you should be doing parkour too, because it’s absolutely universal—not only in terms of movement, but also development. In childhood it can give you a good muscular and coordination foundation that will come in handy no matter what you end up doing; during adolescence it can give you truly whatever you want—from achievements, discipline, friends, traveling, or simply fitness or a complementary activity; and for adults, it offers the chance to keep learning, discovering new things and techniques, and also overcoming ingrained blocks and fear. But whenever you start, I think you’ll enjoy it, and that you’ll discover at least one thing about yourself that you didn’t know before.

Although I graduated from a technically oriented school, I’ve also been working with children since I was 14. I have experience from both educational and extracurricular institutions—from preschool education, through tutoring at the primary level, organizing camps, to working as a leader of a hiking/outdoor club. I’ve been working as a parkour instructor since 2015, and since 2017 I’ve been leading both individual and group lessons at IN MOTION Academy. What makes me happiest is when those who have it harder than others make progress and learn something.

Besides parkour, I’m also able to take some photos or play a musical instrument, and maybe a few other things too.
