Planning a birthday or a sleepover?
We offer rentals of the entire gym for day and night
Training for parents with children emphasizes a shared experience. There are not many places where parents can actively and fully engage in their children's interests. However, we know that joint activities are highly sought after by parents. During training, you learn your limits and support each other. We teach parents how to secure their children and recognize the correct - non-destructive execution of parkour techniques.
Everyone can enjoy parkour. We won't immediately demand athletic performances from you. We'll start easy. Parkour is an activity focused on general physical development. It is suitable for both young and old.
No one will be bored - both kids and adults will have fun.
Coaches explain everything well and may adjust the training to your abilities.
Here, parents had the task of throwing foam cubes out of the pit while children threw them back in. Who will win?
Sometimes parents learn more from their children than the other way around. Coaches demonstrate the correct execution of parkour techniques.
We learn to move responsibly even at heights. Coaches oversee and secure everything.
Žofka already has some experience with parkour, so she has something to teach her dad.
There is a bit of a child in each of us who wants to play. Our coaches enjoy awakening this in adults.
For those who are afraid of heights, this challenge can be very difficult. Parents support their children, and children support their parents.
The coaches will keep an eye on you.
In training, we also compete and race in various disciplines. We all strive to improve while having fun.
Some challenges can really excite.
Who delves deeper into the challenges, children or parents?
The coaches have one main task - to put a smile on every participant's face.
Who dares to fall backwards into the foam pit?
Or jump right from the top?
For children, jumping from heights is obviously more fun.
In the end, a few brave parents also try falling backwards.
