parkour coach Tomáš Nový

I started parkour when I was around 11 years old with my brother and my friend Šimon. I used to play football, and over time parkour became my favorite hobby and I quit football. At first I went to classes at IMA just like you, and gradually I got to know the parkour community and became a coach. Together with my friends Šimon and Honza, we also founded our own team STRANGE FREERUN.

What I always liked about parkour was the freedom. That everyone can do what they want and how they want. Someone does a triple backflip and someone else does a brutally long runpréco. Parkour also gave me perseverance in life, which carried over into my personal life.
