parkour coach Martin Hepnar Manky

I’m a Náchod native who throws himself into every activity and sport he can. I’ve been doing parkour since 2012 and regularly take part in parkour events across the country and beyond. Parkour and the community around it mean everything to me, and I’m always really happy when I can help anyone join this big family and experience the joy of free movement.

I started teaching parkour in 2017 with my friends in my hometown, where we still steadily spread parkour to new generations. Only later, at university, did I join the InMotion team and meet many people who see the world the same way I do. High-quality training, a friendly atmosphere, and mutual respect among everyone are the foundation for me.
