No, to maintain the quality of the training, we never make exceptions in this case, nor is it possible to reserve a spot in advance. However, you can click to be notified about availability for the session you are interested in. You and other interested participants will then be contacted if a spot becomes available.

Payment can be split into installments. The first installment must be paid by the due date of your order, otherwise, the order will be canceled. Please send a request with the variable symbol of your order to info@imacademy.cz

If you have already booked and paid for a date you do not want, and you would like to switch to a date with available spots, please book it and write to info@imacademy.cz to request the cancellation of the original date and transfer the payment to the new order.

We do not require excuses for one-time/short-term absences. Missed classes can be made up at any time for the respective age and proficiency group. No need to notify in advance. Simply attend the class and inform the instructor onsite about which date you are making up for, or the regular time you attend. However, classes must be completed by the end of the respective semester. All scheduled class times are viewable in the schedule.

If we record your order as completed, then we have received the payment. You can find out in my account > my orders (you need to be logged in). If you sent the payment more than three business days ago and your order is still pending payment, please check your online banking to ensure you provided the correct account number and variable symbol. Without this, we cannot identify your payment. If you provided an incorrect or no variable symbol, send us the payment confirmation generated by your online banking. Membership in our sports club In Motion z.s. is a requirement for attending certain trainings, such as Courses and Lessons. You can register for the club in the IMA profile settings. After registration, a membership fee needs to be paid in cash at any branch. The annual fee is 100 CZK. Membership is mandatory for some trainings due to the insurance of both you and the coaches and to obtain government support for sports facilities. By being a member, you support the development of parkour in our club. Birth number: is legally required for registration in the sports registry, which ensures the participant is insured and the sports facility is eligible for state support (Act on the Support of Sport, No. 115/2001 Coll.). The birth number is hidden and will not be used for other purposes. Participants of trainings who are not of Czech nationality do not need to provide a birth number.
